Hey I'm Daniel Oluwakoyejo. I've been making things for as long as I can remember. It started with drawing as a kid, filling pages just to see something come out of nothing. That impulse never left. It just kept finding new forms. 3D design came next, then a stretch of experimenting with frontend, until I landed in product design and realized this was where everything I'd been building toward actually fit together.
Over four years I've worked across early-stage startups and B2B products, the kind of environments where the problem isn't always clearly defined and the designer has to do more than just design. What drives me most isn't polishing interfaces, it's the earlier work. Figuring out what a product is, why it exists, what it should and shouldn't do. That thinking is what eventually led me to co-found MeshKit, a tool that gives designers access to a library of 3D icons they can customise and export without needing to know 3D. Building it was the most complete expression of how I like to work, owning a product from the first decision to the last.
The way I work comes from something deeper than ambition. My faith shapes how I show up, not perfectly, but with intention. Working diligently, putting genuine effort into the craft, making sure what I put into the world actually contributes something useful to it. That standard keeps me honest.
Outside of work, the things that matter most to me are my relationship with God, my family, and my Gospel community, the people I do life with.
And when I need to switch everything off, you'll find me on EAFC.
